VIP Casino General Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotions are distributed by VIP Casino to loyal players and new players. VIP Casino encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of VIP Casino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.

1. By accepting and gambling using a promotion, the player indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and agreed to. Please note that separate individual terms and conditions for the use of VIP Casino apply and can be found by clicking the links available on the VIP Casino website.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific terms of the promotion, promotions are available only once per PC, person, family, household address, e-mail address and credit card number. VIP Casino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (i.e.) university campuses, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.
3. Players from the following countries (or from any other country or territory not listed in which access to and/or use of the VIP Casino games is not authorized by the relevant governing authority) are NOT elligible to participate in VIP Casino promotions: China, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Malta, Mariana Island, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherland Antilles, New Caledonia, Reunion, Saint Barthelemie, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelot, American Samoa, Turkey, USA, US Minor Outlying Islands, and Virgin Islands (US), Vietnam and Wallis et Futuna.
4. Unless otherwise specifically set out in an applicable promotion, a promotion may not be used in combination with any other promotion scheme currently offered by VIP Casino. Where multiple participation in promotions is permitted, VIP Casino reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one player.
5. To be eligible to withdraw any bonus amount, players will be required to meet the wagering requirements set out in the specific promotion.
6. For each promotion, wagering requirements will only be counted on games which are compatible with the applicable promotion. All other games are excluded.
7. The following games DO NOT count towards wagering requirements: Single Deck Blackjack, Double Deck Blackjack, Blackjack Perfect Pairs, Dragon Sword, Dino Delight, Casino War, Solitaire, Little Master, Craps, Baccarat, Slot Tournaments, Texas Hold'em. In the event a player using bonus funds on the ineligible games PRIOR to meeting the wagering requirements, VIP Casino reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove any bonus money and winnings without notice and lock any player account found abusing this rule.

8. Wagering on almost all games at VIP Casino contribute towards wagering requirements but certain games will contribute greater than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

9. Canadian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker or Let it Ride Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion. Australian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion.
10. If participation in additional bonuses is permitted prior to a player meeting all the wager requirements of an existing promotion, any outstanding wager requirements of the original promotion will continue until the wager requirement is met.
11. If wagering requirements have not been met after 90 days after the commencement of a promotion, or such earlier time as may be indicated in a promotion, VIP Casino reserves the right to remove the bonus from the player’s account.
12. Withdrawals may be subject to audit and/or identity verification before being processed. You may be requested to furnish proof of identification, address, age and/or proof of deposit. Failure to provide this information to VIP Casino within 48 hours of a request being made may result in the bonus being withdrawn. VIP Casino reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and/or close accounts in situations of blatant abuse or fraud.
13. Neither VIP Casino, nor any of its suppliers and/or licensors, including without limitation, WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited, nor any of the foregoing’s respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and/or related companies, or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors, shall be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any promotion or any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the player.
14. VIP Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse withdrawals, lock accounts and/or to deny payment of a promotional bonus due to player misuse, fraud or abuse or other actions contrary to these terms and conditions.
15. VIP Casino reserves the right to refuse participation in any promotion, set such eligibility criteria for participation in a promotion as it seems fit and will be the sole judge of all promotions and any disputes relating thereto. Any person deviating from promotional rules may be disqualified. VIP Casino reserves the right to end or amend any promotion at any time for any reason without giving notice.
16. In the interests of fair gaming, players may not place individual bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. For clarity, an individual bet relates to the total amount wagered on one spin of the roulette wheel, one dealer’s dealt game in table games or blackjack (double up in any individual hand is permitted), one deal of the cards in video poker (no matter how many hands are chosen to play with. Individual bet also relates to the total amount risked on any round played within both the bonus feature offered in bonus video poker, including winnings brought forward from subsequent rounds, and also any and all bets using the video poker double up feature or one spin of slots. VIP Casino reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money and winnings without notice and lock all accounts of players found abusing this rule.
17. Unless specified in the specific promotion Terms and Conditions all bonuses have a default wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus plus deposit amount or 35 times the bonus amount if no deposit necessary. Once you claim your bonus, you are required to fulfill wagering requirements before you may withdraw your initial deposit, bonus credit and any related winnings.
18. Players are only permitted to partake in one promotion at any one time. In order to take part in an VIP Casino promotion you must have no other active promotions in the casino.
19. You are permitted to establish one ECash Account only for gaming purposes. If you have multiple ECash Accounts for gaming purposes. ECash Direct may in its sole and absolute discretion consolidate multiple ECash Accounts into a single ECash Account at any time, close some or all of your multiple ECash Accounts and return the funds therein to you or implement measures or take such other action against all or one of your ECash Accounts as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion.
20. The VIP Casino general Terms & Conditions and VIP Casino General Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to all Promotions. In the event of a conflict between any Promotion-specific Rules, VIP Casino general Terms & Conditions and VIP Casino General Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific Rules shall prevail.
