How much Ecash can I deposit to my VIP Casino account each week by credit card?

Effective December 23, 1999, CryptoLogic Inc. established weekly deposit limits by credit card to Ecash accounts at US$1,500 (for accounts opened less than 90 days), US$2,000 (for accounts opened more than 90 days) and US$2,500 (for accounts opened for more than one year). Weekly deposit limits are reset each Friday at 12:00am.

Updating your ECash Personal Options and Changing username, address, password etc.

For security reasons we are unable to update any player account information. You can update your account information and modify your account preferences electronically online by clicking on Personal Options from the main ECash Screen. This will take you to the Personal Options screen. Next, select ECash Direct Account Information. Once you click on the Continue button, the Change of Address form will appear on the screen.

Name and Date of Birth are unable to be altered after initial account set-up. To change these, you will need to open a new account with the correct information and then contact us to close the old account and transfer any funds.

From this screen you are able to change your mailing address, contact information, and optional information, which includes your Player's Club ID.

When necessary, you can change your address on the system.

Close Account Request

If you wish to have an account closed, please send an email to accounts@ecashdirect.net. Please include in your email the account number to be closed along with your username and address listed on the account. After you have placed your request, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be completed. One of our Players Help representatives will contact you to let you know the request has been accepted.

Lost Password

If you have lost your password, please contact our support team on the toll-free number or via email. You will be asked a series of security related questions to verify your identity.
Please remember to keep your password in a safe place and do not share this information with anyone.

Transfer Account Request

If you wish to transfer funds/comp points from one account to another, please email us at accounts@ecashdirect.net. Please include your to and from account numbers and what you wish to transfer.

Funds not Available from FirePay

In regards to FirePay deposit transactions, they will appear in your account immediately to be used for play in the casino. When making a withdrawal to FirePay, the original deposit takes 7-9 business days to actually clear through ECash. You will be unable to withdraw off that deposit until then. The funds generally will appear in your FirePay account the next day, however it may take up to 3 business days.

Funds not Available from Neteller

In regards to Neteller deposit transactions, they will appear in your account immediately to be used for play in the casino. When making a withdrawal to Neteller, the original deposit can take 1-3 business days to actually clear through ECash. You will be unable to withdraw off that deposit until then. The funds generally will appear in your Neteller account the next day, however on rare occasions it may take up to 3 business days.

Restore Account

Launch the casino and proceed to the Login Screen, then select register/activate. Select Restore Existing account, type in the requested details and you will be ready to use your account. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Trying to Withdraw Bonus/Not Met Wager Requirements

Wager requirements are cumulative, you must fulfil all previous wagering requirements before recent wagering starts counting towards your latest bonus.

To check how much you have wagered, once logged in to the casino, select Games -> then Log Viewer. This will bring up a list of all the games you have played and how much you have wagered in each session. You can also find detailed promotional wagering information on the casino website. The following games do not apply towards your wager requirements: Craps, Roulette or Baccarat.

I haven't received my Deposit Bonus Match

The casino policy allows only two users per computer and/or shared accounts with different CC information to qualify for the promotion each month. The first person on the machine to deposit will have the promotion automatically updated. Additional accounts will need to contact our customer service department to have their account updated if qualified.

Please note that casino promotional funds cannot be transferred to the poker game, these funds can only be accessed in the casino game.
