How to withdraw with FirePay

FirePay can be used as a way to withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account. You can withdraw funds with FirePay that exceed your original deposits with FirePay. Please note that the most recent matching ECash Direct and FirePay Personal account email address will be used to process withdrawals. If the email address doesn't match, FirePay will reject the request. The process of using the email address for withdrawals will change in the near term. FirePay is working towards supporting FirePay Personal Account numbers for withdrawals. When this happens, the FirePay Personal Account number used to deposit will be used for withdrawals.

Withdrawals are restricted with (1) a minimum withdrawal amount per transaction and (2) a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction. However, FirePay funds must be cleared before they can be transferred or withdrawn from your ECash Direct account. The general length of time for the Firepay withdrawal method is currently 7-9 working days.
