Using FirePay

Please visit our ECash FirePay tutorial for full details on depositing, withdrawing and transaction reporting using FirePay. Please note it will take around 7-9 business days to credit your account after a withdrawal has been requested from your ECash account.

NB: Please note that when using Firepay it can take time for your funds to clear. Current approximate clearance times are up to 9 business days for deposits, and 1-2 days for withdrawals. We therefore recommend Neteller as the preferred banking solution.
