How to withdraw with Debit Card

To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account you need to specify the amount of the withdrawal. You will then need to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to authenticate the transaction.

As an added security measure, your complete debit card number is never displayed on this withdrawal screen. Asterisks (the * symbols) are used in place of most of the numbers within your debit card. A part of the number is displayed to allow you to review and verify the actual card being used to make the withdrawal. The general length of time for the Debit Card withdrawal method is currently 3-5 working days.
