How to withdraw with Citadel

The Citadel account that was used to make the first deposit to your ECash Direct account must be used for all future deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals are restricted with:

1. a minimum withdrawal amount per transaction
2. a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction. However, Citadel funds previously deposited must have cleared before they can be transferred or withdrawn from your ECash Direct account.

The general length of time for the Citadel withdrawal method is currently 3-7 working days.
