Gus Hansen has had a night to forget at the online high stakes poker tables, losing $345,000 to his rivals.
There was no single recipient who came out best off against the talented Dane - although Seb86 and Kagome Kagome had a good go - but by the end of yesterday (May 24th), Hansen was down by more than $300,000 after only 481 hands played.
Despite this loss, the poker professional continues to lead the way in the online rankings, with earnings so far this year of just over $3 million.
The news of this latest setback follows what was one of the biggest weekends of the year so far for the Danish pro.
He picked up winnings totalling more than $686,000 in a single session of 2,176 hands of $300/$600 Pot Limit Omaha against fellow professional Patrik Antonius on Saturday, the news provider recently reported.
