The Red Hawk Casino, which is set to open soon in Placerville, California will launch a recruitment drive next week in an attempt to bring in new workers, it has been reported.
From September 21st to September 22nd, the resort's temporary training facility in El Dorado Hills will interview those who wish to work at the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians-operated property, according to the Sacramento Bee.
Those who are interested are encouraged to apply through Red Hawk Casino's website.
In other US casino news, gaming giant Las Vegas Sands has suffered a hit to its share prices after the latest revenue results from the Nevada Gaming Control Board were considered "disappointing", the Associated Press reports.
Stock in the company dropped by 10.8 per cent on Wednesday, after it was revealed earnings from casinos on the Las Vegas Strip were down 14.7 per cent in July compared to the corresponding period in 2007.
