Gambling-themed beer can "out right now"

A series of beer cans decorated with the face of one gaming legend have been released into shops across the US.

Milwaukee Best Light has launched a campaign to coincide with one of its sponsored events the World Series of Poker (WSOP) - but its star claims beer lovers and collectors may have to wait a few days after the competition begins before they can get their hands on the special containers.

Phil Hellmuth, who has won a record 11 WSOP bracelets, told readers of his Card Player blog that some of the cans he adorns might not be out until next month.

"The beer cans are out right now, although some may not hit stores until June 1st," he commented.

This date is two days after the WSOP gets underway and Hellmuth will be in attendance yet again, as he attempts to move away from the two men trailing him with ten bracelets - Johnny Chan and Doyle Brunson.
