Famous singing double act Donnie and Marie Osmond are to spend eight months performing a new 90-minute greatest hits show at the Flamingo Resort in Las Vegas, it has been revealed.
The sibling duo have not performed a show of such length in the Nevada city for close to three decades, Playbill reports, but the Harrah's Entertainment-owned casino apparently feels they still have the ability to bring in the punters.
GansLight Entertainment is to produce the extravaganza, which begins on September 9th.
The Flamingo has one of the most famous histories of any casino in Las Vegas, being founded in 1945 by a group of investors including gangster Bugsy Siegel.
It has been owned by both MGM Mirage mogul Kirk Kerkorian and the Hilton hotel chain, with Harrah's purchasing the property in 2005 as part of its buyout of Caesars Entertainment.
The Osmonds replace Toni Braxton as the Flamingo's headliner.
