A $500 million complex in St Louis - which will feature new casino Lumiere Place - is likely to be opened on December 19th, it has been announced.
Missouri's News Tribune reported on the statement made by a project spokesperson.
The Lumiere is owned by Pinnacle Entertainment, a Las Vegas-based company which owns several casinos in Argentina, the Bahamas and the US - including L'auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino.
As part of the complex, Pinnacle will also own a Four Seasons hotel with 200 rooms and a 3,000-square foot presidential suite.
There will be a restaurant called Cielo in the hotel, as well as a spa, a sky lounge and conference facilities.
Pinnacle also announced that its $375 million casino complex - also to be built in St Louis and originally scheduled for next year - has been pushed back to 2009.
