New super room for rich Victorians

Crown casino in Victoria, Australia is building a new super room for its richest poker players, it has emerged.

Featuring around 20 high-stake gaming machines, the new super room will see punters betting as much as $500 on just one spin, reports the Australia Herald Sun.

It is thought that each machine could make up to $25,000 an hour.

The newspaper also revealed that the new non-smoking room will be built beside a high-roller room in the casino's VIP slots area.

Located on the southern bank of the Yarra River, Crown Casino styles itself as Melbourne's "premier entertainment venue".
