Leading online software provider is to move to Ireland as part of a refocusing on European and Asian interests, the company has announced.
Shareholders approved the move following a meeting in Toronto, with the firm now set to move its head office to Dublin by the end of the year, pending court approval.
The provider has signed a number of agreements in recent months with firms and governments, and now has interests in a variety of countries including the UK, Holland and China.
"CryptoLogic's plan to establish a new corporate headquarters in Europe is about investing for our future, and charting a course for growth in both Europe and Asia," commented CryptoLogic president and chief executive Javaid Aziz.
"By approving our new corporate headquarters, shareholders are clearly on board with our plan to grow CryptoLogic through geographic expansion and diversification in the industry's most attractive markets. I thank them for their confidence in our vision, our strategy and our team," Mr Aziz added.
