Poker to be offered on iPhone

The latest eagerly anticipated consumer electronics device will come complete with a popular poker game, it has been revealed.

The Apple iPhone, due to be released this summer, allows for a number of games and applications to be added to the multimedia phone, one of which will be Scenario Poker, LaunchPoker.com has revealed.

Already available on Mac computers, the game features three different levels and almost 30 opponents, though players looking to win actual money would be better off sticking to their favourite online casinos.

The game will come in a specially-designed touch screen version, taking advantage of the iPhone's innovative design.

The poker game is already one of Apple's most popular add-ons to its products, and was the first non-Apple application to be announced for the highly-anticipated gadget.
