The UK release date for the forthcoming James Bond movie has been brought forward by a day.
Casino Royale, which stars Daniel Craig in the title role, will be released on Thursday 16th November 2006, reports Bond-related website MI6.
The film's world premiere will be held in London's Leicester Square on the Tuesday, with a number of charity screenings taking place the following day followed by the general release on the Thursday.
The move means that for once, UK cinema-goers have the upper hand over their US counterparts, with American fans forced to wait a further 24 hours.
However, if Thursday 16th is still too long to wait, you could always head to Oman, Kuwait, Indonesia or the Philippines, where the blockbuster goes on general release on Wednesday 15th November.
The new film is expected to be extremely popular with Bond fans around the globe although some doubts have been raised about the lead actor, who is now famed for his dislike of guns and martinis.
