An online bingo fan is celebrating after winning over £61,000 on her favourite gaming site.

Chit Chat Bingo player 'beaniebabe' scooped the huge amount of its Chain Reactors game, where players must match five or more consecutive symbols either horizontally or vertically to guarantee a cash payout.

The amount of symbols matched means more money won, according to the online bingo site.

Following her massive win, 'beaniebabe' said: "I can't believe it, I am still numb. Right after I won, I phoned the VIP department to ask them to please confirm the balance in my account and even still it doesn’t seem real."

She added the money will be used to get a new car, pay bills and take her children on holiday.

The player has been a member on the online bingo site since it was launched at the beginning of 2006.

Fellow Chit Chat Bingo member 'debsgarden' recently won over £2,500 on the online bingo site's Lunar Lander slots game.
